John Sykes - Partner

A highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Corporate Financier. John has worked both in industry, as part of the mergers and acquisitions team at a major Plc, and in professional practice where he was a Partner at one of the largest accountancy firms in the UK. More recently, John has owned and operated an independent corporate finance boutique focussing on clients operating in the private company arena.

John has worked with hundreds of businesses and management teams during his career (with Building Products a particular focus) and has developed a commercial approach to the finance role that is focused on creating value rather than just recording numbers which is critical in both growth and turnaround scenarios.
